The Kamooni Host App takes the running of your business off your computer and onto your cell phone/tablet. You can check people in, check them out, do bills, take bookings, check tabs - everything on the run. Especially for small businesses it is an easy and fast way to keep guest tabs updated at all times - add dinners to people's bills, or drinks to their tabs, without having to step into your office.
When you open the Host App, you get to this starting page.
Click on the Menu Icon in the top left corner.
Home:
This tab takes you to the home screen with the QR code.
Posts/Reviews:
Under this tab you can see posts and reviews of your business.
Check-In:
Under this tab you can see all the guests (bookings) that are arriving today, and you can enter their details and check them in.
Check-Out:
Under this tab you can see all the guests (bookings) that are checking out today, and you can register payments and check people out.
Bookings:
Under this tab you can see all guests that are currently checked in. That includes the staff tabs. Sometimes there are old bookings still listed there, because the guests haven't paid yet or for some reason haven't been checked out yet. As long as a guest is not correctly checked out, the booking will show as active on this tab.
Add Booking:
Under this tab you can add a new booking.
