Open your Host App. Click on the Menu Icon in the top left corner, and select "Check Out".


On this tab, a list of all the guests/bookings checking out today appear. If you click on the name of the person you want to check out, it will open their bill (to double check - "you had 4 dinners and 6 beers, is that correct?"), and you can do individual payments.

If one person pays for everything, click on the yellow “pay” button.


You get to this page, showing you an overview of how many guests are under this booking and who owes how much.

If only one person pays, click on the green “pay all” button at the bottom. 

(If they want to pay individually, click on the yellow "pay now" button.)


On this page, click on the name of the person who is going to pay the bill.


On this page you see the total amount outstanding. If you click on the empty line next to “payment method”, you get to the selection of different payment options.


Choose a payment option.

If the guest pays by card, choose Kamooni Card Machine.

If the guest pays via EFT, choose Bank.

If the guest pays cash, choose Cash Reception.

If the guest requests a payment link to pay later from his own phone, choose Kamooni Link.


If you choose Kamooni Card Machine, a 5-digit reference code appears.

Then you process the payment on the card machine. After the guest enters their pin code, a line appears for “Customer Reference”. That's where you enter that 5-digit number.

Once the card payment on the Card Machine is completed, click on “Confirm Payment” on the Host App.


Go back to check outs. The yellow pay button next to the guests name will now be green and read “paid”. Click on the green “paid” button, and a message appears asking if you want to check the guest out. Click on “Yes”. Then a message appears that the guest has been successfully checked out.
