Instead of using the POS (Point of Sale) to add an item to Guest's tab, you can also use the Host App. 


Open your Host App, click on the Menu Icon in the top left corner, and select "bookings". From the list of active bookings, select the one where you want to add an item (like a drink, or a meal).


For example, this person has several meals on her tab already. Now we need to add this night's dinner. To add an item, click on the green "Add Items" button at the bottom.


At the top, you see a list of categories (exactly the same as you have set up on your Point of Sale). Select the desired category. (Here: Meals) All the items listed under this category will appear.

Click on the + next to the item you want to add. You can add several items at once, the number in the middle between the - and the + shows you how many items you have added. When you have added the correct amount, click on the shopping cart item at the bottom right.


A summary page appears with all the items you are adding. If it is correct, click on “add to bill” at the bottom right. These items are now added to the guests bill.
