In this Overview, we will show you what operations you can perform under bookings. On your Kamooni Home Page, click on the tile Bookings.



You are now viewing the section Bookings - see your navigation bar at the top left. The first page you get to is Dashboard.

The dashboard gives you an overview of what's going on at the moment. The different tiles show you relevant information at a glance: how many people are arriving today, how many are leaving, which rooms need to be cleaned, what your average occupancy is etc. This page is a good place to start when orientating yourself at the beginning of the day.



Next you can click on Bookings in your navigation bar. This takes you to the actual booking sheet/calendar. Here you can see which rooms are booked, who is checked in, confirmed, no show, cancelled, paid and checked out etc. On the calendar you enter your new bookings or modify the existing ones (by clicking on the booking).



 Find Bookings is a quick search option to find a certain booking. You can search by name, or booking number (Sales Order number), or by date, and you can apply different filters or group your bookings in different ways. This function is really just to help you find a booking quickly (rather than scrolling through your booking sheet).



Under Cancellations you have two tabs - the first one is Expiring Today. This page gives you a quick overview of the bookings that are expiring today. (For example, a provisional booking was made, but the required deposit has not been paid). 



The second tab under Cancellations is Cancelled Bookings. This page shows you a list of all your cancelled bookings.



Under Settings you can find a Background Task Log.



Cash Ups is a short cut for doing your daily Cash Up quickly and easily. Here you can see your open POS sessions, and close them and do the cash up at the end of the day.
